I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and surprisingly stuffy for a winter stay, but they did offer a free facial mask instead of a showercap for female guests. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Kanazawa station, making it easy to explore the city. The dining options were decent with a variety of Japanese and Western breakfast choices, although the service could use some improvement in English proficiency.
